STARTERS
Seasonal Roast Vegetable Soup with Stilton – served with a crusty roll and butter.
Smoked Salmon – with beetroot and a vodka crème fraiche.
Ham Hock & Mustard Terrine – served with a red onion chutney, toast and salad garnish.
Goat’s Cheese and Beetroot Frittata Salad.

MAIN COURSES
Traditional Christmas Roast:
Our Butcher’s succulent Turkey Breast – served with cranberry and bacon stuffing, ‘pig in a blanket’, roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, roasted honey parsnips, carrots and red cabbage
8oz Ribeye Steak – served with fat chips, homemade onion ring, garlic mushroom, cherry tomato and garlic butter
Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillet – served with a lemon & herb butter sauce, fresh green beans, new potatoes and fresh vegetables
Three Field Mushrooms – stuffed with garlic spinach and mixed Mediterranean vegetables, topped with grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs – served with fresh vegetables.

DESSERTS
Christmas Pudding – served with brandy custard or Christmas ice-cream
Homemade After-Eight Cheesecake – served with a creamy, mint chocolate sauce.
Christmas Mess – a seasonal twist on the classic Eton Mess with cranberries, orange, strawberries, mixed berries and crushed cinnamon meringue.
Selection of Welsh Cheeses – served with fresh grapes, onion chutney and crackers.

TO FINISH
A pot of Tea or a fresh Coffee of your choice – accompanied by a homemade Mince pie.
